About Us

Choice Properties is the residential brokerage division of Choice New York Management. In the past year we grew quickly from representing over 40 buildings to currently representing over 80. With  hundreds of our own exclusive  listings, and access to both sellers and buyers in our co-ops and condos, the company was initially created to service our existing building owners and grew quickly into a full service brokerage firm.

After fourteen years as a licensed real estate agent in New York City, Christopher Trunell joined Choice NY Properties as The Director of Sales and Leasing. His former managerial experience with a boutique firm in Soho, combined with his vast knowledge and experience in both the rental and sales markets in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, positioned Chris perfectly for this new and exciting opportunity. Currently representing and consulting owners, landlords, investors, buyers and sellers in all three boroughs, Chris is also engaged in the day to day operations of  creating and overseeing a growing team of driven, intelligent and focused sales professionals.

Mark Fraser is a long term resident of Bedford-Stuyvesant,  Brooklyn, where he spent most of his years exploring Brooklyn’s culture.  He is an expert in foreclosures, short sales, and rentals in Bedstuy and surrounding neighborhoods.

Mark’s essence of satisfaction comes from end results, as he sticks to any task until it is complete.  In his years working in the field Mark has acquired a taste for fix-me-ups and rehabs in locations where property value sits on the cusp of an increase.  Mark’s attentiveness helps him listen carefully to his client’s requests, allowing him to successfully guide them to the best investment, purchase, or rental.
